The median cost of buying an existing single-family home in Palm Beach County hit a record high of $640,000 in March, up 11% from the previous year. Inventory is increasing, but competition remains high, especially for high-priced homes. Mortgage rates are a factor in the market, with rates currently around 6.88%.
